The One With the Grey Stuff

I don’t think it’s possible to function while being this tired.

Just kidding. I’m not actually tired because I go to bed like a toddler, but I didn’t think it was possible for me to be on my feet more in a week here than I probably was for an entire month at my old job.

Ah, Snelling. The good ol’ days.

Anyway, since I have been working nonstop since I last wrote one of these bad boys, I haven’t gotten much on my list done.

But…the important thing is that I got some of the things done.

This week, I completed #26 and #46 on the list.

Go to the parks alone at least once and Eat at Be Our Guest.

Let me just start off by saying that going to the parks alone definitely draws attention to yourself. Now there might’ve been multiple reasons as to why people kept looking at me, the top one being that I went to the Frozen sing-a-long by myself and dominated that thing. I proudly sang every song at the top of my lungs while the little girl that was sitting right next to me kept looking at me every fourth word.

Yeah, it was that serious. I didn’t hold back in the slightest. I mean, if I’m going to do a sing-a-long, I’m going to do it with purpose or not at all. And if that meant that I had to take out the eardrums of every single person sitting in that theater, then that’s just a risk that I was definitely willing to take.

So even if I wasn’t bringing attention to myself by being by myself, I was definitely drawing attention by channeling my inner Elsa.

And I have no shame whatsoever.

Next came eating at Be Our Guest, and let me tell you, this was quite the experience. I felt like I was definitely out of place being that I’m not really the biggest fan of using silverware and I also had to eat off the kid’s menu because I’m a cheap person and didn’t want to spend so much money.

I even splurged on the grey stuff cupcake because the cupcake was amazing, and my mom wasn’t there to tell me that a cupcake for breakfast wasn’t good for you.

But, the experience was definitely worth it. I’m not really the biggest fan of Beauty and the Beast, but it really felt like it came alive in all three of those rooms.

Just gonna have to find someone that loves me enough to take me there for dinner because I didn’t get to see Beast, and I feel like that’s definitely required.

So there you go…two more things completed and so many others in progress.

Now it’s time for me to get some sleep.

Ha, kidding. I have to go to work in an hour. Still making magic!
